Hey everyone,

2 questions concerning the Max patches. Maybe some of you encountered similar issuses:

• "receive_from_arduino_all" won't let me connect anything unless i exit presentation mode. In patching mode the patch looks kind of messy tho. Is it intended to be like that, someone found a workaround?
• if i try to save "mapping_Wearing_Sound" (somehwere on my hdd f.i.) the serial ports dissapear

ok, question2:

• looks like the "packages" folder inside the Max folder on Github has to be copied (replace) to the Max directory on our hdd :)

Hey @jomoritz , thanks for the questions, even if we already answered them today during the session I'll add a few notes here in case anyone that wasn't present today had the same issue.

• You can add the "receive_from_arduino_all" patch as a bpatcher to your patch by creating a new object named [bpatcher receive_from_arduino_all] or by creating an empty bpatcher and then choosing the patch manually from the inspector. • Another way of avoiding issues with Max not finding other patches you have included in your patch as bpatchers, you can add the wearing_sound folder to your Max search path: in Max Options > File Preferences... then hit "+", click on the "choose" button and open the wearing_sound folder on your computer hard drive.
