[Feature]: Please bring Pinned tabs feature back or give a confirm for close the tab

Feature description

The original Pinned tab has a very important function, which is to prevent accidental clicking on the close tab button. Because there is no confirm pane to close tab, it will be closed directly. I have accidentally closed a tab I am running, and I have no way to undo this operation, which makes me very frustrated. Alternatively, you can give a confirm panel when you click the close tab.

yes, planning on adding a setting that will give you a confirm close dialog when trying to close a tab.

just added a new global config option tab:confirmclose. will ship with the next patch release
