I'm using Raspberry Pi 5 and uSDR PCIe only version, with the same hat/M.2 adaptor as the guide.
But after finishing all the steps and try to run the data collection it is showing the following log:

Looks like some software incompatibility. You can try to bypass device initialization and try to update master first.

Sorry that I've messed up the FW update process, RPI was powered off during the upload so now the FPGA is bricked.
I got the digilent hs2 JTAG and try to use the debugger header on the PCIe adaptor card but it doesn't seems to find the target.
So... yeah I think this is it, thanks for the help!

You should see FPGA ID through JTAG anyway. You jest need 3.3V present along with PERST# signal high. RPI has manual control (through GPIO) of reset line and it might held low if board wasn't detected. But you can use adapter board and apply 3.3V with PERST# tied to 3.3V and check JTAG again.

Try running ./openFPGALoader -c digilent_hs2 --detect --verbose-level 2 where digilent_hs2 is your JTAG adapter/

I was finally able to use it with my PC through Thunderbolt3 + Ubuntu 22.04, and can confirm that the module is indeed working, will go through the steps and update the library on RPI5 later.

Side question (Sorry), but putting the card in WLAN slot doesn't seems to work, the green LED is blinking ~1 seconds, is the pinout for uSDR slightly incompatible with notebooks? I wonder if anyone has put this in their notebooks before.
