subagents failing to run/vanishing

When tinyclaw spawns agents they start then seem to fail silently , vanish...tinyclaw isnt sure whats happening to them.

Your project is pretty awesome.
I hope to be able to contribute soon.
It says agents started but when I asked how they went with the tasks ,tinyclaw said the vanished... Dosent know why.
I'll update to 2.0.
Do I need to do a complete reinstall?
Im using Debian Trixie in LXC.
