Consider introducing license and/or rights into the vocabulary

license/rights are a common property of activities/objects on the web. Yes, it is already possible for publishers to attach them to activities/objects but it'd also simplify publishing/consuming if license and/or rights are aliased to dcterms:license and/or dcterms:rights in the JSON-LD context.

This might be a FEP more than core functionality. I think that using dcterms or cc rdf are great options, and we should simply wave towards them for people who want to use them.

This issue has been labelled as potentially needing a FEP, and contributors are welcome to submit a FEP on the topic.
Note that issues may be closed without the FEP being created; that does not mean that the FEP is no longer needed.

ODRL 2.2 is another possibility that could be used with an appropriate JSON-LD context definition.
