Licensing: align with the Solid org (MIT)? #80

Description

@melvincarvalho

The original CONTRIBUTING.md created by W3C staff (7a0b376) referenced the MIT license, consistent with other Solid repositories. This reference was removed via direct push to main in 085b4ff without discussion or PR.

The current LICENSE.md is a W3C template pointing to three different licenses (W3C Software/Document, W3C CLA, BSD) without specifying which applies to which type of content (e.g., code, specs, contributed data). This has already caused confusion, see PR #78 discussion on what license applies to contributed data.

Should this repo's licensing be aligned with the rest of the Solid ecosystem (MIT)? If not, could we clarify which of the three licenses in LICENSE.md applies to which type of content?
