State of this code

Hello, this is less of an issue and more of a question.

I know you haven't touched this for a bit, but it seems VHD is the only one ready. I just wanted to know if there was anything else outstanding other than the formats.

I am looking to use this a bit and I'm fine filling in any missing code. I just wanted to know if you have any notes on anything that was broken or needs work.

Thanks for your interest in the project :)

Initial idea was to support filesystems in addition to the formats (like https://github.com/DiscUtils/DiscUtils) but turns out I have very limited time :(
