Users with the approver role should see chapters in a rendered view. This view should enable them to easily read and review the chapter content and discuss chapter elements.

It is important that root components (components without parents) are separated visually and discussions/comments are linked to those root components. The state management is also linked to root components.
A user with the approver role can review chapters where there are components with the state "in review". They can either approve those root components and therefore change their state to "to be translated" or request additional work on this component and therefore change its state to "to be updated".
