Error message should be enhanced on about-version api when no product version info.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'about-version-api'
2. Require a product/version that doesn't has bundle info.
3. See error
   

Expected behavior
Message should be:
"2 errors occurred. service information is unavailable; bundle version information is unavailable."
