VF Blocks: Tabs - Review and redesign the responsive behaviour

Description

The vf-tab component currently stacks links on mobile, this occupies more vertical space than required for a navigation component on mobile devices. This task is to review the behaviour of the component on mobile and design a responsive solution.

Acceptance criteria

• Investigation done on the pattern of the vf-tab component to identify issues or possible enhancements
• Research done on other design systems and best practice on responsive tabs
• Design proposed solution for the responsive tabs based on findings
• Review proposed solution with the team
