A11y note: The click-to-toggle behavior needs full keyboard support (Enter/Space on the time display element) and a clear aria-label that reflects the current mode. Tag the a11y work explicitly during implementation.

Skin note: The remaining-time convention (leading - prefix) will need a skin token or CSS variable so custom skins can style the two states distinctly.

No duplicate found. Closest prior issue is #266 (UI: Time Component, closed/Alpha) which implemented the initial time display — this issue is a distinct enhancement on top of it.
