Deploy latest to Railway (v1.2.0 + x402 + /docs)

What

Railway is still serving v1.0.0. The latest commit has:

• Version 1.2.0
• /docs and /redoc enabled
• x402 payment middleware (CDP auth, Base Mainnet)
• Optimized Dockerfile (non-root, healthcheck)

How

1. Go to railway.app → AgentCourt project
2. Deployments → Deploy Latest

Impact

Disputes will return 402 (payment required) instead of 200 (free).
API docs will be visible at /docs.

Blocking everything else.
