Group Winners

When does the app allocate points for the group winners, as 3 groups have completed but its still not allocated the points. Even after an api update.

I've had to manually input them for now, click the teams button if you are an admin and you can set the group winners in there.

Just have added the api fetching of group winners with PR #54. If you re-pull the docker image, it should automatically fetch the group winners.
