On Admin WP end: In filters option should be added all tickets filter like uvdesk helpdesk

How to Reproduce:

Issue 1:

Step 1: Login with admin panel, and here you will shown a filters but not showing all filters fields:

On WP admin panel:

On Saas admin panel:

Issue 2:

On Change filter here should be some headings like we perform here actions in tickets:

Also, here added all filters fields like uvdesk HD.

Possible Solution:

1. On filter should be here shown all fields of filters like: customer, group, team, type, tags etc check on uvdesk helpdesk.

2. In change tickets actions so here should be add a heading for change action in tickets
