Verification that really the UTU Trust API was called

It should be possible for the UTT contract itself but also general users to verify that the response from the UTU Trust API is genuine, i.e. really coming from the UTU Trust API.

This might be deferred to after v1 (MVP) of the TestNet release if it doesn't fit time-wise.
