Came up on a scenario where Twitter follow was not working

It looks like this functionality got commented out upstream in the ushahidi/Swiftriver Swiftriver / Modules / SiSPS / Parsers / TwitterParser.php Modules/SiSPS/Parsers/TwitterParser.php

Removing the comment re-enables this functionality for me.
