migrate deployment to uosc AWS account

The existing endpoint is deployed to my personal aws account, we should migrate it to the uosc aws endpoint.

Things to do:

• Create a new function with an http API gateway in AWS console
• Modify the build script to target the newly created function
• Modify the AWS credentials stored in github functions
