server list sometimes stops updating

during a playtest when there was a high volume of traffick, the server list in the station hub stopped updating.

I'm not quite sure of the best way to test this, as the launcher just queries the hub and displays the information from there. Do the servers stop updating the hub when they are under heavy load?

funny thing is the discord bot also queries the very same API. We aren't sure what caused the problem on station hub.

I'll add additional logging around this when I do the requested change in #185 and if it happens again we should have a better idea as to why.
