Make production Dockerfile suitable for use in development #25
Description
Currently projects using lookupproxy in development roll their own image by checking out the source and using their own settings. Determine if the production Dockerfile is sufficiently flexible to be used instead and, if not, make it so.
Then dependent projects can switch to just using the lookupproxy image from Docker hub.
