See attached theme from VSCode.

  1. Create .axaml markup for theme. Can use this as a "template"
  2. 1337 is a dark theme. So save the new .axaml from above to this path: Themes/Dark/1337.axaml
  3. Add a menu item 1337 under the View | Application Theme menu item
