Long delay when viewing user details in Workgroup

When hitting "view user details" in Workgroup administration there is a 30+s delay before it shows the page.

Thanks for reporting. I think it's a side-effect of what we want to address in #357 with the centralized cache updates instead of the current slow on-demand updates, but progress has stalled on my end due to too many other tasks :-s
