Remove background gradients across site

Remove background gradients across site unless they can be applied to whole pages (no gradient applied to each section and restarting at each section, creating an unintended weird visual break)

Looks like the visual difference in sections is intentional. If we wanted to keep the whole glass morphism idea, we could add a "filter" over the page's background gradient so that the color is different but the gradient pattern looks consistent across the page.
