Push locking upstream?

Would you ever contribute them upstream to the original dbmate?

Certainly possible! I think our hesitation in doing so is mostly around not wanting to implement it for mysql and sqlite since we're a 100% postgres show and don't know a whole lot about them.

I have nothing to do with the original dbmate other than a user, but I'd like this (in postgres) :)
