Workspace wise social account enable/disable

Hello
I have an idea about make social account more dynamic enable/disable by workspace.
Sometime we want to hide social connect account from other contributer.. so.. we not used that social accounts. That time we can disable it using .env but it will disable for all users.. we need to discable only for that perticuler workspace then no have option there.. I developed that options and I'm ready to create pull request for it.
What do you think about it? let me know.. then I can create a pull request.
