Manpage and builtin --help for opendmarc-reports differ

The manpage

reports/opendmarc-reports.8.in

for opendmarc-reports fails to mention some quite important options for setting the thing up, like --test / -n

Additionally for --verbose:

--verbose          verbose output
	                   (repeat for increased output)

which also isn't mentioned in the manpage. I know its only a perl script but I think the code is not documentation enough :)
