number of button in /translate command

It's seems when the number of buttons into the inline keyboard is greater than 8, some of then dissapear and some times raise an exception.

Making a question into Python-Telegram-Bot, they give me the following answer:
Yeah, max row width is 8 buttons, and you can only have a total of 100 buttons
