Create a GUI using the REPL

Create a GUI where you can click on nodes, productions, select indices etc.

Also would be nice to have an animation of the RL process.

I think we can do something similar to the GUI above.

@amit9oct That's cool, will take a look. We also need to have some rendering of the graph in real time as well.
