SVG Export Fails and Shows Blank Screen After Chart Generation

When exporting a generated chart from the agent response, the SVG file fails to render correctly and opens as a blank/empty screen instead of displaying the chart.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the agent chat session.
2. Ask a query that generates a chart.
   distribution.
3. Wait for the chart to render.
4. Click the SVG export button.
5. Open the downloaded/exported SVG file.
