Administrator role

Use case

The administrator of the Comrade instance should be able to:

• set global configuration
  • set map borders
  • enable currency
  • place objects
• manage users, their parameters and access
• configure currency
• move virtually around the map (to test location based actions)

Surperuser - all django admin actions, review all tasks, reset all tasks
Staff - create tasks in app, reset owned tasks, review owned tasks
Regular user - only skill based permissions, can review tasks based on skill write requirements.
