How do I generate a CI + npm badge row for a scoped package?

I want a single markdown row with CI status and npm version for @topdaily-dev/badgekit. What's the recommended badgekit command?

Use:

npx @topdaily-dev/badgekit row ci npm --owner topdaily-dev --repo badgekit --npm @topdaily-dev/badgekit

• ci needs --owner and --repo
• npm needs --npm with the scoped package name
• Default output is markdown; add --format html if you want <img> tags
