Flights Seen and Aircraft Seen timezones don't match

I've just started collecting stats, and have both Postgres and Skystats (running on ADSB Feeder) set to the same TZ. The Flights Seen chart seems to be 7 hours behind Aircraft Seen:

I'm running Skystats v0.1.13.
