publish to maven please

When I try to add this dependency:

"co.upvest" %% "google4s-gstorage" % "0.3.0"

sbt gives me this error:

Indeed, I don't see the google4s-core artifact on mvnrepository.com:
https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/co.upvest

Can you publish that please?

Also I see you're working on version 0.4.0. Is that ready to publish?
