Official version of view action?

I found this fork of the view action from https://github.com/markwu/todo-cli-plugins after running into some minor errors with it. Since this repo is under the todotxt organization and has been cleaned up more recently, should it be considered an official version of the plugin maintained by todotxt? This fork also isn't listed under the list of addons.

I'm trying to figure out where to submit an issue/PR that is likely to be heard.
