How do I use this plugin?

This plugin seems very helpful.

I cloned your git repository and just simply copied include_absolute.rb into my _includes folder.

I attempted to use the plugin with the following:

{% include_absolute 'assets/raw/20-wired.network.txt' %}

But I'm getting this as an error:

It should not be in _includes, it should be in _plugins.
