input fields tagged with cc directives dont respond to automation (selenium, katalon etc)

We tried many ways to set the credit card expiry and cvc field using katalon and selenium commands, however the angular model would not update with the value sent in.

There are many scenarios we have to test for when implementing 3d secure, and we would like to automate them. Having the credit card fields not filled in is preventing this effort.

Is it still actual for you? Do you have any idea why it happends?
