Support conditional coloring of bars and symbols based on value thresholds

Currently, bar and symbol colors cannot be conditionally set based on value thresholds.

Requested behavior:

• Allow colors to be assigned based on value ranges (e.g. <0, =0, >0)
• Similar to conditional formatting in tables

Current workaround:

• Split values into multiple columns (e.g. positive_pnl and non_positive_pnl)
• Plot them as separate series, which is inconvenient
