A footnote with a plain link is...messed up

The problem seems to be the result of changes made here wherein a non-breaking space is added to the end of any paragraph before the link back to the footnote ref is added.

I would guess the only way around this is to add a simple test to the twautolink handler for this one special case.

Annoying. Thoughts @FND?
