Cmd+R is browser reload, but in Thundermail it is captured and a reply is triggered. It makes sense because you do the same on Thunderbird Desktop, but it is also a bit awkward if you can't immediately reload. I'm not sure what the answer is, and prefs for this seems overkill, but wanted to file this for consideration.
