Add WG Support on TFCMD

Situation

• TFGrid users have been asking for a while now to have wireguard support on tfcmd
• Scott could get it to work on a fork, so it seems it shouldn't be too hard to implement
  • Link: development...scottyeager:tfgrid-sdk-go:development_tfcmd_wg
• Once this is implemented users just need to set up:
  • Just add --wg-access true
