EFI IMG not valid

We got a report that EFI IMG format images generated from bootstrap.grid.tf would not boot and also the FAT partitions couldn't be mounted.

I was able to reproduce:

Good catch. That was a missing option on production container.
Bootstrap v4 and v3 are now fixed :)

# losetup --show -f -P uefiusb-prod.img
/dev/loop1
# mount /dev/loop1p1 /mnt/temp/
# ls /mnt/temp/EFI/BOOT
BOOTX64.EFI

Can you confirm it works your side ?
