Outreach: converge existing tools on a shared schema

The play is convergence, not competition (docs/CONTEXT.md LANDSCAPE): llm-model-deprecation (PyPI/Action), llmstatus.ai, llm-info (npm), Khavel/ai-model-watch-data, alexanderkatsovych/modelradar-data, models.dev. Also explore contributing hosted-model EOLs to endoflife.date - possibly the highest-leverage single move; their format and community already exist.

Relevant development 2026-08-01: endoflife.date started tracking Anthropic Claude (their /api/anthropic-claude.json carries cycle/eol/recommendedReplacement - nearly this spec's field set, minus distributions/announced/aliases). They are now the strongest convergence target: contributing OpenAI and Google products there, while model-eol stays the richer format, is the concrete first outreach move.
