Unable to run doc server

When i am trying to run gulp dev

Have you installed the ruby dependencies with "bundle install" ?

If you run jekyll build outside of gulp do you get an error?

If so, it would seem to be an issue with your local jekyll install/config, or perhaps you have pending changes in the docs code that are causing jekyll to throw an error.
If not, it would seem to be an issue with your local npm install/config.

I am able to run gulp dev successfully with a fresh clone after running npm install. Have you had any luck with this?
