Support compiling from source

There's no official build for CUDA for Linux. I think it would be good to have an option to build from source on the platforms dropdown. If you select that option it pulls the source code and compiles it for the backend you have. Then it gives you a button to recompile it (upgrade) or uninstall (deletes the compiled folder)

I added a script within a toolkit folder to allow compiling from source. Right now just for CUDA and just for linux. I'll look into adding a function for this within the UI in the future.
