Option for including synchronized audio

Providing inline documentation by typing it into the console as "comments" is not as useful as an audio stream would be describing the commands, what is happening, and the output.

The audio should be synchronized with the TermRecord playback, pause when playback is paused, and skip identical to the playback.

I wanted to implement this, and @spawnflagger confirms this will be a used feature for educational purposes within EdX.
