From e8f1f6d421052a8daba3bd9ceb66b79d935c947f Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Theodor Date: Wed, 12 Aug 2026 10:33:51 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] Release 1.13.0 Adds a tool, so this is a minor rather than a patch: list_filings wraps GET /v1/filings, which shipped in the backend on 2026-08-04 and had no MCP tool for eight days. Also carries the House-only coverage note into the congress tool and the chamber param. That is the change worth shipping promptly. An assistant reading the old description filters by Senate, receives an empty array, and tells its user "no Senate trades found" -- stating as fact something that is an artifact of our ingestion, not of Congress. Tool count 34 -> 35, free tools 21 -> 22. Follows the release checklist at the top of CHANGELOG.md: server.json carries its own version, and the MCP registry reads THAT rather than package.json, so both its top-level version and packages[0].version are bumped along with the tool count in its description. Missing that fails the registry publish with "cannot publish duplicate version".
