If we use these standards for code reviews and on-boarding it makes sense to me to organize it by the same goals that our code reviews are organized by. I'm not sure all of the standards will fit neatly into those categories/headers, but some of them will and I think that could make it easier to understand how different parts of our standards fit into the development matrix. Thoughts?
