[BUG] Home page returns error if User not logged in

Describe the bug

https://epigraphhub.org/superset/welcome/ as landing page is fine, but the "Home" tab in the navigation bar redirects to a page only visible to logged users, while it should redirect to https://epigraphhub.org/login/

To Reproduce

access https://epigraphhub.org/
go to https://epigraphhub.org/dashboard/list/
click on "Home"

The error will appear in the UI:
Unexpected error

Expected behavior

It should redirect to https://epigraphhub.org/login/ instead of trying to access the "Profile" page (example below)
