Forum footer on mobile, sponsor visibility considerations

When the forum is viewed in mobile mode, it doesn't show our hosting sponsor in the footer.

Is it viable to add something appropriate for mobile users?

This has always been intentional to reduce the page length on mobile. I could probably just display text on mobile instead (as the text is already in the HTML). Leave it with me.
