Windows release please

I can't run original FedeiaTechSpriteLab, since it has only SpriteLab.jar file., and I'm getting error. (Is my JVM java version "1.8.0_431" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_431-b10) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.431-b10, mixed mode) incompatible? IDK...)

I never compiled Jar to exe and have no idea how to do this. Please make a Windows release of your fork.

BTW, state in README.md what changes were made in your fork -- this could help.

Hello @unreal79 so far no major code changes performed we're just trying to get a release builder together. Right now OSX and Linux releases appear to work but jbundle doesn't yet support windows so we'll have to wait for Windows support, sorry!
