Allow a "yes" option to force run?

Maybe I'm missing this, but I'd like to run a cron which deploys an environment, yet it's interactively asking me to confirm and I can't seem to bypass.

I have added some --no-interaction flags to do this in terra_ui in a pull request: #104 because the global --yes options that were added didn't quite suit my needs.
